Peanut Butter Tarts

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 glass of almonds
  • 1 glass of grated coconut
  • 8 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa

For the filling:

  • 2 glasses of cashew nuts
  • 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1/4 glass of coconut oil
  • 1/2 glass of maple syrup
  • 1/2 glass of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Preparation

  • Preparation time: 30 minutes
  • Quantity: 6 to 7 tartlets

Recipe

  1. Mix the dough ingredients at high speed.
  2. Place the dough in small pie molds and place in the refrigerator.
  3. Then mix all the filling ingredients.
  4. Fill the tart bases with the mixture and it's ready!
